another wkend... and it's mother's day tmr! haf my sisters & i got anyth planned? hmm... yep. my dad's flying here all the way from HK tmr afternoon, n my mom noes nth abt it. he'll just be staying for a few hrs, since he has business in malacca tmr evening or smth, but still... she'll be pleasantly surprised. n other things r brewing... i went skydiving i've always wanted to go skydiving. wonder where i can do tt in s'pore? but i think once i'm actually high up there abt to jump, i might start to chicken out. so i'll need smone to just shove me out of the plane. tt'd be fun, i'm sure. who hates me enough to want to push me to my potential death? join the queue. talk to the hand, 'cos the ears aren't listening. i wonder how it wld be to haf frostbitten fingers. i'd like to see someone's fingers (not mine, of course. maybe my number one enemy's fingers, or preferably the entire arm) get frostbite and turn black. i'd enjoy snapping the finger/arm off. hope no one read tt. if not clare & sammeow will say i'm 'morbid' and 'dark' again. not that i'm not. early this morning (5.30 to be exact) i went running! to train for 2.4 run on tues. to make sure my knee will not fail me on tt day. wat if it does? wat if i start running & smwhere in the 4th round my knee betrays me and i collapse and block everyone's path so tt they haf to run around me lying in agony on the track? haha vivid imagination. and of course i went swimming in the afternoon. it was nice and sunny and the water was cold, for a change. and not crowded, for a saturday. there was some polo competition abt to start btwn SPC and a team called the Rebels. dint stay to watch it tho. this june hols we might be going back to the riding place in JB so my sis and I can ride in peace, even go on the trails. haven't been on a trail ride for ages. since i began riding, in fact. s'pore just doesn't haf the space for a proper, enjoyable trail ride. australia, even HK, wld be much more preferable. okok signing out |
