today's GP was actually interesting. the first half anyway. Mr. Potbelly-tightshirt asked everyone who dint do the assignment he gave us last wk, to stand up. everyone stood up, altho i'm pretty sure sm ppl did smth. my grp was the best - dint even bring the paper. then he asked us to give our reasons for not doing the stupid assignment and every1 sorta said the same thing abt not having enuff time. i mean, we cldn't tell him the truth, rite? "Um... we cldn't be bothered cos we don't like u and want u fired and we don't give a damn whether u r disappointed or pissed." true, but hardly appropriate. The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires. which category does abovementioned tchr fall into? he doesn't inspire. all he does is give us smth to do and go abt wondering frm window to window, then to the door, then to the corridor and back again. bio test wasn't even a test. fortunately i dint waste my time trying to cram everyth into my head. at least we ended bio early. War does not determine who is right, war determines who is left. |
