today was a weird day. after sch went home n dint feel like doing anyth, so i took a nap. a nap. i've not taken naps for yrs. altho it wasn't much of a nap cos i kept waking up n speaking wif lyn. then i woke n practiced the pirouette enchainement n attempted to make sense of the adage. got the intro but cldn't make head or tail of the first 2 counts. then went for dance. learnt first 16 counts of the adage n realized tt the first 2 counts i'd been trying to figure out are new steps so naturally i wldn't noe them. frm sept onwards the wed dance class will be a double class. which means approx 3hrs non-stop! i'll be getting home v late. currently listening to: 'O l'il town of bethlehem' by lyn n her flute. also yy2 playing 'leavin' on a jetplane' on her guitar. i'm the onli one among my sisters totally disinclined towards playing musical instruments, however easy. in pri sch i cldn't even master the recorder. how lousy is tt? |
