yesterday was last day of 2-star. s'posedly we did a 6km expedition ard Kallang basin, but it dint feel like 6km. it seemed so short. before we stopped for lunch the sky turned grey and wind whipped up and the palm trees along the 'beach' were all swaying and stuf, just like a scene from a movie or smth, where a tornado or some enormous storm is abt to hit. sadly, in reality, it turned out to be just a drizzle. did the eskimo bow rescue again - first time successful, so dint need to try and try again. two girls dint dare to do the whole capsize and so haf to return this sun to do again for the instructors to assess them. such a waste of time. other than tt the wkend was basically wasted. dint do any schwk. sigh. i hate mondays. had to stay back after sch (which usually ends at 4, which alr sux) for chem remedial, where I promptly nodded on and off, in btwn (not so) frantically copying down answers. |
