swore to start on the loads of hmwk today, but i've yet to even look at the stuff. there's always tomorrow... have to finish everyth b4 i go to m'sia, tho. which is i-don't-know-when. but soon. this morning we found a christmas tree with all the decor and lights, dumped next to the lift. my mom took them back cos they looked almost new. took us a long time to stick all the plastic branches to the main trunk of the tree. finally put up the ornaments and lights. looks great. the last time we ever had a x'mas tree tt was taller than 30cm was back in HK, when i was 5/6. the tree was relatively taller than those u buy at supermarkets for 5 quid and which r so tiny they look more like shrubs than trees. but then again, i've always found tt there's a more christmassy feel in hk.must be cos of the cold. adds to the atmosphere. if there were snow it'd be even better. the remedy |
