Just returned from Malaysia. Again. Anyway this time we went to visit relatives on my dad's side. Stayed over at my cousin's house and got to see all my cousins, nieces/nephews, grandnieces/grandnephews and also my uncle. my eldest cousin (i think) is 50 years old. One of my nieces is my age, and a few of my cousins have grandchildren. cos i see my relatives so infrequently I can't begin to keep track of who is who. also went to one of my cousin's stepbro's house and it's HUGE AND CHEAP compared to s'pore prices. enough land for a swimming pool :D. looked like some Columbian drug lord's villa or sth, all bricky with palm-trees and wood and steps. some other houses in the neighbourhood had enuff space in the driveway for abt 4 cars, and still had leftovers. this morning after sending my dad off at the senai airport we went straight down to jb customs and it was practically EMPTY! it's been the 1st time since I can rmb tt i dint haf to queue for ages. tmr's the last day. loads of unfinished stuff arrgh after the monsoon season |
