went to see the doc again today (mom insisted). got a whole new batch of medicine. urrgh. and had to wait for ages. yy2 baked 3 whole batches of cookies - oatmeal, peanut butter n choc chip - on saturday and I do so wanna eat AND enjoy them but no luck! still no oily/dairy products for me. i did try a few of the cookies, tho, and had stomachaches after each time, but they're real gd. another difference btwn yy2 n me: budding cook vs. home-econs dropout. haha, i dint actually dropout but u get the idea. ytd was kinda hoping the entire s'pore wld flood n sch'd be cancelled but turns out i dint need to hope cos i ended up not having to go anyway. yy2 had better agree to bake some more when i get well so i can fully enjoy the fruits of her labour :-p |
