was reading 84 Charing Cross Rd and The Duchess of Bloomsbury St. the author's excitement at going to london was v amusing. i hope i'm not gonna have to suffer a 'lifetime of waiting' like she did before getting to go to the uk, which rite now seems as near as outer space. shld refrain frm going to the library too often. went there on sat nite and borrowed several bks and as a result i haven't been doing stuff i'm s'posed to do, spending loads of time reading instead. oso found several diving mags but only flipped briefly thru one of em - Scuba Diver. there was this whole section on Manado. which also seems as near as the UK, at least. damn damn damn damn (quoting whom?) |
